The Lagos State Health Service Commission is requesting for application from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions in various hospital units across the state.
-Consultants - Obstetrics and Gynaecology
-Consultants – Paediatrics
Consultants – Anaesthesiology
-Consultants – Physician
-Consultants – Surgery
-Consultants – Radiology
-Consultants – Opthalmology
-Medical Officers
-Radiographers
-Medical Radiographers
-Dental Technologists, Technicians and Therapists
-Pharmacists
-Pharmacy Interns
-Nurses in (Peri-Operative, Anaesthetics, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Accident and Emergency)
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
CONSULTANTS
All applicants for the Consultant positions must have MBCHB/MBBS and a Post graduate Fellow of the National and/or West African Colleges of the relevant faculty being applied for OR fellow of Royal Colleges of England/UK or American Board. Full registration with the MDCN of Nigeria.
MEDICAL OFFICERS
A Degree in Medicine and Post NYSC full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria plus at least one (1) year post qualification cognate experience.
DENTAL TECHNOLOGISTS, TECHNICIANS AND THERAPISTS
HND in Dental Technology/Dental Therapy from recognized institutions and Associate of British Institute of Surgical (Dental) Technology and Diploma in Dental Technician. Full registration with the Board of Dental Technologist/Therapist/Technician of Nigeria.
MEDICAL RADIOGRAPHERS
A Degree in Medical Radiography and DCR from any of the recognized institutions both locally and abroad. Full registration with the Board of Radiographers of Nigeria.
PHARMACISTS
A Degree in Pharmacy and Post NYSC full registration with the Pharmacy Registration Board of Nigeria.
NURSES
Basic Requirements: State Registered Nurse (SRN), State Registered Midwife (SRM) and B.Sc. Nursing.
