We are all in this part of the world where people don' t really bother about their stomach sizes yet they envy those with flat stomach and nice abs. It can be you too, yes. You just have to stop some certain habits that you are doing because they will continue to make your stomach grow bigger and worse. What are these things?
1. Sugary Foods And Beverages
Many people do not even realise that they take a lot of sugar on a daily basis.
High sugar food are cakes, candies, frozen yogurt, soda, flavored coffee drinks and sweet tea, including other sweet beverages not mentioned here. So you really do have to minimise the way you eat sugar and sweet beverages if you won' t consider quitting then mimimising the intake will be just fine.
A lot of people do this, they drink lots of alcohol. To be honest, alcohol has both health benefits and also health damages. When it is being consumed moderately, especially red wine, it can reduce the risk of heart attacks and even stroke but then taking it too much can lead to liver damage and other problems.
Alcohol suppresses fat burning and this leads to belly fat.
3. Inactivity
People have become less active, they don' t like to do any work or exercises, little do they know that they are actually harming themselves. Due to this fats will start accumulating, of course the stomach will not be left out, the fats will all settle in there.
Try to be more active and loose that belly fat!
Surprised? well yes. During menopause a lot of people start gaining belly fat. During puberty the fats are being stored in the hips and thighs in preparation for pregnancy so during menopause it moves to the belly. So exercises at this point in time is necessary, except you are okay with it.
5. Fruit Juice
Ha! who would have thought? Fruit juice is just a belly fat giver in disguise. It contains a lot of sugar. Did you know that 8 oz (250 ml) of apple juice and cola each contain 24 grams of sugar? just imagine that. So drinking too much of it will make you have belly fats.
6. Genetics
Well, that belly fat can just be from your gene, your family. So basically you simply inherited it from someone in your family.
7. Not Enough Sleep
Sleeping disorders can lead to weight gain. Try to sleep well and allow your body relax in the proper and natural way, you will see your body in good shape.
