I Was Asked to Lie About Covid19 Deaths So As to Drive Fear In People and Control Their Interests Using That Fear - Doctor Reveals

Here is a televised confession of a medical doctor admitting to being forced to lie about coronavirus deaths.

Dr Scott Jensen says he was served with a document that forced him to write on the death certificate of an 86 year old who had died of pneumonia that the patient was a covid-19 death because the patient had come into contact with covid-19 positive person even though the patient tested positive for covid-19.

When asked why he thinks he was forced to lie, Dr Jensen blatantly said,

“well, fear is effective in controlling people.”In other, Dr Jensen is saying the covid-19 numbers are manipulated to drive fear in people, and then control their interests using that fear.

It is also interesting that whenever the SABC reports covid-19 deaths, they are careful to say ‘coronavirus related deaths’. In other words, these are people who did not necessarily die of the coronavirus, but died with the coronavirus.

Suppose you are diagnosed with TB, or pneumonia, and are already in a very critical condition on the brink of death, then you catch coronavirus, should you die, you will be classified as a covid-19 death, even though covid-19 wasn’t the cause of your death.

Dr Scott Jansen is a physician and Senator in the United States. He made the confession on Fox News, one of US' top news networks. Since the US is currently the hardest hit by covid-19, Dr Jansen confession is critical in dismantling the fear mongering that the media has been advancing.

Rihanna and Beyonce speak out on the death of George Floyd

Rihanna and Beyonce have spoken out on the death of George Floyd, the black man who died after being pinned down by a white police officer in Minneapolis.
The singers took to their respective Instagram pages to condemn the murder and demanded that more charges should be brought on all those involved in the death of George Floyd after ex- Minneapolis officer, Derek Chauvin, who knelt on George Floyd’s neck till he died, was arrested and charged with 3rd degree murder on Friday.

“For the last few days, the magnitude of devastation, anger, sadness I’ve felt has been overwhelming to say the least!” Rihanna wrote on her page, with a photo of George. “Watching my people get murdered and lynched day after day pushed me to a heavy place in my heart!”

She continued, “To the point of staying away from socials, just to avoid hearing the blood curdling agony in George Floyd’s voice again, begging over and over for his life!!! The look of enticement, the pure joy and climax on the face of this bigot, murderer, thug, pig, bum, Derek Chauvin, haunts me!!”

“I can’t shake this! I can’t get over an ambulance pulling up to an arrest, a paramedic checking a pulse without removing the very thing that’s hindering it! Is this that fucking normal??? If intentional MURDER is the fit consequence for ‘drugs’ or ‘resisting arrest’….then what’s the fit consequence for MURDER???! #GeorgeFloyd #AhmaudArbery #BreonnaTaylor.”

Beyonce also followed up with her own video on her Instagram.

“If you want to demand more charges brought on all those involved in the death of George Floyd, click the link in my bio to sign the petition,” she urged fans.

How to live longer - the best breakfast food to prevent early death and boost weight loss

HOW to live longer: Avoid an early death by eating a healthy, balanced diet, and by doing regular exercise. You could lower your risk of an early death, and even boost your weight loss diet plans, by adding this breakfast food to your daily routine.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet - including at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day - could lower your risk of an early death, according to the NHS. But, you could also boost your life expectancy by regularly eating eggs, it's been claimed.

Doing regular exercise can help to boost your lifespan. It’s the “miracle cure” we’ve all been waiting for, said the NHS.

Making some small diet or lifestyle changes could help to increase your life expectancy and avoid an early death.

One of the easiest ways to lower your chances of an early death is to add eggs to your daily routine.

Eggs are a heart-friendly, calorie-cutting "wonder food", nutritionists have claimed.

They contain a number of nutrients that boost muscle mass, and help you to feel fuller for longer.

They're also great for vision and mental well-being, as they're rich in vitamins B12 and A.

If you decide to add more eggs to your daily routine, you should look out for the freshest eggs with their shells still intact.

Everyone should aim to eat about six eggs every week, according to dietitian Juliette Kellow and nutritionist Dr Sarah Brewer.

"These powerhouses are packed with nutrients linked to good health and the prevention of many age-related diseases," said the nutritionists in their book 'Eat Better Live Longer - Understand What Your Body Needs To Stay Healthy'.

"Their positive effects on weight loss, memory, and eye and bone health mean that eggs are a great protein food to put on your menu.

"Eggs may have a high cholesterol content, but current research shows that cholesterol in food generally has little impact on blood cholesterol levels or heart disease risk.

"Eggs contain vitamin A, which is vital for healthy vision. In addition, they contain lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants known as carotenoids, which are concentrated in the macula and are critical for healthy eyes."

Meanwhile, you could also lower your risk of an early death by eating more avocado, added the nutritionists.

Avocado is a so-called superfood that could lower cholesterol and even improve the health of your prostate.

The fruit reduces the amount of 'bad' cholesterol in the body, while also boosting the amount of 'good' cholesterol.

Everyone should consider eating half of an avocado three to four times each week, they said.

Regular exercise is a crucial aspect to improving overall health, and helping you to live longer.

People that do regular exercise are up to 50 percent less likely to develop type 2 diabetes and some cancers, said the NHS.

It may even slash the chances of coronary heart disease and stroke by up to 35 percent.

All UK adults should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity every week.
